Shipping
Shipping Locations
Shipping is available to all 50 US states + Washington D.C..
Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska is available but at an increased shipping rate.

We unable ship to any US territories, PMB, APO, FPO, or PO Boxes.
Please visit our APLIN JP store for details about shipping within Japan.
Shipping Time
All purchases will be processed within 24-48 business hours and will be shipped thereafter.
Total transaction time on average is 6-7 business days.
*Please be aware that we follow Japanese time and calendar. Some orders, depending on time, will be processed faster than others.
Shipping Source
Items are shipped using a fulfillment center based in the US.
Orders
Canceling Orders
Please note that you can only cancel your order before we confirm your order.
We cannot accept cancelations after an order has been confirmed and shipped.
Change Order Details
We cannot change item details once an order has been made (such changing quantity).
To change the details fo your order, please cancel the original order, and create a new one.
Exchange/Returns
If there is a problem with the item you receive, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the items.
We are unable to provide refunds for products that have already been used, or returned without prior notification. Please make sure to contact us in advance.
In addition we cannot accept exchanges or accept returns due to buyers remorse.
Again, if you need to cancel an order, please do it before item are confirmed and shipped.

Payment methods available on this site:
Express Payments: Shop Pay, PayPal, and Google Pay.
Card payments: MasterCard, Visa, PayPal, Amax, and JCB are available.
Cash on Demand is not available on purchases through our online store.
*Please notice that you can choose to pay with only one payment method per order.
Change Payment Methods
We are unable to change the payment method after your order has been placed.
Please cancel your order and place it again with your preferred method.

Is APLIN Korean or Japanese skincare?
We like to think of our brand as a fusion of Korean and Japanese skincare.
While APLIN started off in Korea, through a series of events we eventually found Japan to be our new home.
Our products are all made in South Korea, and our team is made of members who call both Korea and Japan their home.
Which APLIN website should I purchase from?
You can make purchases on either site, but your purchase might be delayed.
